COVID-19 Quantitative Neutralizing Antibody Test

The COVID-19 Quantitative Neutralizing Antibody Test is an immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative determination of total antibodies (including IgG) to the SARS-CoV-2 spike (S) protein receptor binding domain (RBD) in human serum and plasma. The test is intended as an aid to assess the adaptive humoral immune
response to the SARS-CoV-2 S protein. The test results correlate 92.3% with serum neutralization test for neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and the concentration is reported in WHO standard unit, which is the Binding Antibody Unit (BAU/mL).
